FICS Promotes Susan Graham to President

Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS), a mortgage technology specialist that provides in-house residential origination and servicing technology and commercial servicing technology to the mortgage industry, announced today that it has promoted vice president of operations, Susan Graham, to president. Graham will now be responsible for the overall management of the company’s day-to-day operations, customer relations and product timelines and deployment.

“The leadership of the company has been a shared responsibility among the executive team, who, along with me cumulatively represent more than 105 years of experience with FICS,” said Dawn Gibbs, CEO and Chairman of the Board of FICS. “Our company’s success does not hinge on just one person, which I feel has been pivotally important to our success. This appointment will establish a foundation for FICS to continue to grow and prosper. Susan is a highly qualified person and I am excited about the level of leadership that she will bring to her new role.”

Graham joined FICS in 1999, and was responsible for the management of the call center, customer training, consulting, and quality control for FICS’ origination and servicing solutions. Prior to joining FICS, Graham served as 1st vice president of Residential and Commercial Loan Servicing and Origination for San Antonio Federal Credit Union (SACU), where she successfully managed the residential servicing department, the commercial loan servicing department and the home equity and home improvement lending departments. She also gained valuable experience as vice president of Cash Operations for SACU, where she managed the ATM department, the wire transfer department, the item processing department and the commercial vault. She was also responsible for the cash management of Branch Operations and the teller training department.

“The past nine years have given me the opportunity to work closely with many customers and colleagues at FICS,” said Susan Graham, president of FICS. “It is with great pride that I accept the opportunity to continue to build on these strong relationships and solid foundation as FICS’ new president. I am excited about the opportunities my new role will present, as well as honored to be involved in the future growth and success of FICS.”
